i found car parking easy, it was right outside with cctv. my room was clean and tidy. the shower had power and plenty of hot water.

The hotel restaurant impressed me. I ate a tuna sandwich, chicken wings, and nachos there. Maria's personality was more pleasant than the food itself. I enjoyed the coffee as well.
I found that the coffee was from a machine instead of pots.

The staff were super friendly upon my arrival. James, the bar man, was pleasant and very friendly. This hotel has been one of the warmest I've had the pleasure of staying at. I definitely recommend this hotel. It provides everything you could need.
I found that I have to pay for parking. An additional deposit for room damage is added to my bill.

The restaurant dinner had a good selection to choose from. The food choice is quite limited, though spaghetti and burger are very nice. Maria in the restaurant was amazing. She was attentive, so I had all I needed.

I found the car parking great. It was right outside with plenty of cctv. the rooms are clean and tidy and i appreciate the comfortable bed. proper pillows helped me sleep like a baby. the shower pressure was amazing, and hot water was always available. overall, my stay was very pleasant.
i noticed reception area sofas are somewhat worn.

I found the bed really comfy. the shower was also great (good water pressure!). breakfast included a good variety. I recommend the omelet made fresh by kiran.
the sofas in the reception area looked a little worn.

warm welcome excellent housekeeping
the reception staff gave us a warm welcome. they guided us with everything. housekeeping provided all we needed. i found the hotel gave us more than we expected.
i found the daily parking charge not known until booked. it was probably on the site somewhere. i think you need to add clarity about parking cost
